Kitchen Whiz is a fast and fabulous kids game show with a focus on the world of food, cooking and food science. Over four rounds, our contestants answer questions and compete in fun, messy and tactile tasks to earn points and win prizes.

To avoid injury in the kitchen, dangerous tasks are completed by our resident daredevil, the KITCHEN NINJA. The Ninja also acts as a source of humour and fun for the show. Much like ‘The Stig’ he is a silent but hilarious force in the kitchen and the perfect foil to our main show host.
Our Kitchen Pantry has all the ingredients for the show - plus others just to confuse our contestants – and whenever the kids need anything, they have to run to our pantry to collect it.

Two teams compete against each other, with two contestants per team (aged 12-14).

This is a very successful format for Nine Networks and we're currently in production of our 4th 65 episode series.
